Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Cancellations All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification containing your tracking information or freight PRO number when your order has shipped.

  • Cancellations: Because we strive to dispatch freight as quickly as possible, orders can only be canceled if the freight carrier has not yet been booked. Once a Bill of Lading (BOL) or shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

2. In-Store Pickup Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our facility. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Final Sale: All pickups are strictly final sale. Please inspect your items before loading.

  • Transport Liability: You must bring a vehicle capable of safely transporting your items. Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC is not responsible for loading merchandise into your vehicle or for any damage that occurs during your personal transport.

3. Small Parcel Shipping (Standard Items) Smaller items, parts, and accessories are shipped via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

4. LTL Freight Shipping (Large Appliances & Furniture) Large, heavy items cannot be shipped via standard mail and will be delivered via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.

  • Delivery Method: Standard freight delivery is "Curbside." The delivery truck will use a liftgate to lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway or property line. The driver will not bring the item inside your home or garage.

  • Appointments: The freight carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

5. Transfer of Liability (FOB Origin) Once an item is loaded onto a freight truck or parcel carrier and the driver signs our Bill of Lading, the item officially leaves our facility. At that exact moment, the risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the buyer. Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC is no legally or financially liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

6. MANDATORY Freight Receiving Instructions & Insurance We automatically purchase full-value shipping insurance on all LTL freight shipments. However, for this insurance to be valid, you MUST follow these receiving protocols:

  1. Inspect Before Signing: Walk around the entire pallet. Look for tears in the shrink wrap, crushed cardboard, or broken wood. Do this before signing the delivery driver’s paperwork.

  2. Note ANY Damage: If you see any new structural damage, dents, or scratches, you MUST physically write "Damaged" on the driver’s paperwork before signing it.

  3. Refuse Severe Damage: If the unit is catastrophically damaged, refuse the delivery. Do not sign for it, and contact us immediately at sales@wholesalersunlimitedusallc.com.

  4. The "Free and Clear" Clause: If you sign for a freight delivery without noting damage, you legally release the carrier from liability. Your damage claim will be unequivocally denied by the underwriter, and Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC will not issue a refund or replacement.

  5. Scratch & Dent Items: Many of our appliances are sold as "Scratch & Dent" with pre-existing cosmetic flaws. You cannot file a freight damage claim for these pre-existing conditions. Claims will only be honored for new, structural or mechanical transit damage properly noted on the BOL.

7. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
