Refund policy
Due to the heavily discounted nature of our wholesale inventory, closeouts, and the logistical costs associated with shipping large appliances and furniture, Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC operates under a strict "All Sales Final" policy. Please review your space measurements, product specifications, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
By completing a purchase on our website or in our physical store, you legally agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Final (No Returns or Exchanges) We do not accept returns, process refunds, or allow exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, aesthetic preferences, or any other reason. Once an order is placed and payment is captured, the sale is final.
2. "Scratch & Dent" and "Open Box" Merchandise Many of our appliances and furniture pieces are clearly listed and sold as "Scratch and Dent," "Open Box," or "Blemished." These items are offered at a substantial discount because they possess pre-existing cosmetic imperfections, which may include scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, or missing original packaging.
-
Cosmetic "As-Is" Condition: These items are sold strictly "AS-IS" regarding their physical appearance. We do not accept returns, issue partial refunds, or allow exchanges due to these pre-existing cosmetic flaws.
-
Mechanical Guarantee: While cosmetically blemished, these units are sold as mechanically and electrically fully functional unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product description.
3. In-Store Purchases & Local Pickups All items purchased directly at our physical storefront or ordered online for local pickup are sold "as-is" and are final sale. Customers must physically inspect the merchandise prior to loading the item. Once the item leaves our loading area, Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC is no longer responsible for any damage incurred during your personal transport.
4. Transfer of Liability (Shipped Orders) Once an item is loaded onto a freight truck or parcel carrier and the driver signs our Bill of Lading, the item officially leaves our facility. At that exact moment, Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC is no longer legally or financially responsible for the condition of the item. The risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the buyer.
5. LTL Freight Insurance & Damage Claims While we are not responsible for the item once it leaves our building, we want to ensure your investment is protected. We automatically purchase full-value shipping insurance on all Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipments (e.g., household refrigerators and large furniture).
However, for this insurance to be valid, you MUST follow strict receiving protocols:
-
Inspect Before Signing: When your item arrives, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging and the unit before signing the delivery driver’s paperwork (Bill of Lading).
-
Note Any Damage: If there are any new dents, scratches, or structural damage, you must physically write "Damaged" on the driver’s paperwork before signing it.
-
Refuse Severe Damage: If the unit is catastrophically damaged, refuse the delivery entirely, do not sign the paperwork, and contact us immediately at sales@wholesalersunlimitedusallc.com so we can initiate the insurance claim.
-
The "Free and Clear" Clause: If you sign for a freight delivery "free and clear" without noting damage, you legally release the carrier and the insurance underwriter from liability. If you do this, the insurance is voided, your damage claim will be unequivocally denied, and Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC will not issue a refund or replacement.
-
Claims on Scratch & Dent Items: You cannot file an LTL freight damage claim for pre-existing cosmetic damage. Freight insurance claims on "scratch and dent" items will only be honored for new, catastrophic structural or mechanical damage caused by the carrier during transit.
6. Order Cancellations Because we strive to dispatch freight as quickly as possible, orders can only be canceled if the freight carrier has not yet been booked. Once a Bill of Lading (BOL) or shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
7. Manufacturer Warranties Many of our new-in-box and open-box appliances come with original manufacturer warranties. If an item experiences a mechanical or electrical failure after it has been successfully delivered and installed, you must file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, LG, Whirlpool). Wholesalers Unlimited USA, LLC does not directly service, repair, or replace appliances that experience mechanical issues after delivery.
